The board is used for an extensive array of fun and dynamic activities, including aerobics, yoga, muscle stretches and games. Many of these activities provide a "core" workout, a popular exercise method that emphasizes slower, controlled motions. Family members will have fun staying active and talking about and comparing their results and progress on a new channel on the Wii Menu.
Bought and just finished a two-hours session to see most of the games available.
The balance board is really very sensible and solid, using different mixtures of balancing, rhythm and pressure, you get a lot of different games.
Even the games that could end being boring like yoga, thanks a continuous feedback they manage to entertain and challenge.
As expected from Nintendo, great hardware and near-perfect software.
