It does.

Alternatively it's just a problem I encountered in forum search and the % isn't escaped properly for the generated links. Not sure which.

Edit: Ok, % should be %25 in the URL, but isn't. So obviously the forum search string isn't passed through [raw]urlencode() before being attached to the generated URLs.
