Thats the name of a popular fantasy world created by Raymond E. Feist. I have read some of the Midkemia-Saga (or better known as Riftwar-Saga) novels many years ago myself and liked them.

Whether its worth to have a midkemia tag is the question. I know of only two games released in this fictitous world (both are in UVL and already tagged midkemia).

It's a world the games share, why wouldn't it be worth having? And yes, it's from the Riftwar Cycle. Alternatively it could be changed to directly reference the Riftwar series, so it covers any other locations in that mythos.

I think we should keep it. I'd be nice if the game had relationship type links to the other works too. Whatever we do, there should be a description of the group. You seem to be the most familiar with it.

Not me, I just stumbled on the game relation when I was looking into reading the series but never did (not yet at least).
