I have a little question concerning games done by "Electronic Arts". Should "EA Games" and "EA Sports" editors be noted as "Electronic Arts", or should I just let "EA Games" or "EA Sports" ?
An update to the companies system is planned.
Right now the company field simply stores text data, this works well for many tasks, but it's not 100% reliable as some companies have sub-companies, are not called always in the same way or have changed name along the years.
A better integration with the actual company DB will fix these issues, for example while EA Canada, EA Games and EA Sports will exists as individual companies, these will belong to a single root company, Electronic Arts.
I suggest to use what is claimed officially for that game (being it EA Games or EA Sports or what else), this will make things easier when I'll convert the DB data.
