Blood Omen 2 takes place four hundred years after the original Legacy of Kain, and is set in a land where Kain's army has been defeated and his enemy known as the Sarafan rule. You assume the role of the vampire tyrant Kain, the most evil figure to grace a video game console, in his pursuit for blood, conquest, and vengeance. Mix Kain's ability to drink the blood of his enemies with his ability to take control of the minds of his victims and you have one powerful combination for a lead character. The game is a mixture of action and puzzles as you lead Kain down his path of revenge.
