There are 3 different battle modes; regular random turn-based RPG battles, one-on-one duels and army battles (which are a little weak, as they act simply as a rock/paper/scissors system).
The soundtrack by 'Tappy' is still one of the best score a game ever had.  2007-01-01 17:48:21My opinion is a little different from above... I think this is a very mediocre RPG. It's ridiculously easy and can be completed in 10+ hours. Leveling is easy and you can gain tons of gold from a mini-game in one of the first towns you'll visit. The story is somewhat entertaining though.
