One of the few RPGs with an Eastern feel. A damn good one at that too. FEoEZ boasts some awesome graphics and sound for an SNES game. Dejap was working on this, but they're inactive now. Yonin no Translators began translating this, but they're starting from scratch so don't expect any patches for a while.
