As a matter of fact, the screen shot shown here is from the offending scene. The player controlled character is about to off the guy there who happens to be in bed with his girl at the time. The game is definitely not intended for kids and contains both sex and violence. But any 'sexualised violence' exists in the imagination of the base minded people who lack the education to know 'sexualised' is not even a real word.
