A showcase Microsoft development for Windows 95, the point-and-click interface, resource management and scrollable maps were taken straight from [[gameid:45119 Warcraft]]. However, the superb graphics and original "Age" system took the game a step further, making it a favourite of strategy gamers until its sequel was released in 1999.
