The NES version of Punch-Out!! uses a combination of characters from arcade games Punch-Out!! and Super Punch-Out!!, plus some new ones. Although the gameplay is essentially the same and the graphics are inferior to the arcade versions, many (including myself) would agree that the extra touches in the NES game make it far more entertaining and memorable than the other two.
