A SierraVenture game. Published on cartridge. A simple maze game with monster encounters written in BASIC. This is not a 'real' Ultima game. Sierra simply added 'Ultima' to the title in an attempt to increase sales. Richard Garriott was not aware of this title.

This game was not released on cartridge, but on tape.
