| (Super Mario RPG) published by Nintendo in 1995, developed by Square platform: Super Nintendo game type: role-play perspective: 3rd person bird's-eye display: Raster languages available: English Super Mario RPG starts off just like any other Mario game you can think of, Princess Toadstool gets captured by Bowser and Mario has to go out and save her. So, when Mario goes and saves Princess Toadstool after a short duel with Bowser, Smithy, a gigantic sword overtakes the castle and sends the three characters off in different directions. And, thus, this great game begins.
Along the way you will meet various characters and pick up some helpful sidekicks along the way (one of which will suprise you).
