Prototypes labeled Bugs Bunny Fun House have been found. Also this was originally to be a Roger Rabbit game and only later changed to Bugs.

Kemco had rights to make Famicom Disk System games using Disney characters in Japan and Looneytoon characters in the USA. But Capcom held rights to rights to make NES games using Disney characters outside of Japan. So when Roger Rabbit was ported to the NES, Kemco used Looneytoon characters. Also, Capcom had already made a Roger Rabbit game for the NES.
