Personal review

The Master System version of Wonder Boy in Monsterland is a surprisingly good and highly playable conversion of the arcade original. It's still colorful and with enough variety and levels to keep the player interested.The fact that Sega got rid of the status bar on the left side of the screen is actually a real plus, leaving more space for the on-screen action.
