Features one or more flying castles or similar large structures you'd normally expect to see firmly on ground.
This is variation of flying islands, but instead of largely vacant chunks of rock flying about, we have huge cities, castles or similar structures dominating the entirety of them with the "island" below mostly for aesthetic purposes if there even is one.
