Install OS limit
The game setup program prevents installing the game on unsupported systems on purpose.
On Windows, with games using MSI installer, you can edit the .msi file with something like Orca MSI editor or similar application to work around this limitation by removing the OS check line usually found in LaunchCondition table.

In some other cases, you may be able to use a Virtual Machine to install the game and then copy the game folder and possibly any other data back to the host OS and play as if nothing's wrong.

If the OS limit is because of the OS not supporting 16 bit executables (in case of Windows), use win-16b-installer tag instead.
