This tag is not indicating the source code of the game. Rather it indicates one of the languages used in the game is in fact a computer language.
This is not for when the game spouts some machine code for story effect. Nor is it for 'secret codes' that are just substituting computer codes for the alphabet of another language. This is for when a computer language is used to communicate an idea. The game or a character in the game uses a computer language to communicate a 'thought' to the player. Or the player uses a computer language to communicate a thought to the game. Or both. The 'words' of the computer language must have a meaning for this tag to be applied.
This tag is also consolidation so that individual computer languages don't all get their own tag; plus, many languages are custom designed per game and are not named by the game.
