Enhanced version of the original "Command & Conquer" for Win95 PCs. Biggest difference is the higher resolution providing you with a better overview of the battlefield.

The DOS add-on "The Covert Operations" also works with this version.

Command & Conquer Gold released as freeware
Electronic Arts put the old strategy-game classic out for free. This includes both GDI and Nod CD-images that you may freely burn, play and do whatever you do with discs. Apparently this is the same version that was included in The First Decade game compilation release.
