Suffered a harsh blow in 2012 when Epic Games' counter-sue (from 2007) for various claimed misdeeds relating to their use of Unreal Engine 3 came to bear, with court ordering them to destroy all game source code relating to or derived from UE3. This led to Too Human to be withdrawn and several future titles being destroyed. This was likely the primary cause for its former over 100 employees being dropped to just 5 by 2011.
