Anyone know what's going on with the Windows version of Baldies?

* Baldies China
* Baldies Korea
* Baldies UK
I know it exists on Windows, and has higher resolution graphics than the DOS version, but I don't think there's this many different distinct versions of it.
What's up with Baldies on Windows?
Those are very old game entries. Very likely duplicates. Seems to be localizations of one and the same game which don't warrant single entries. If you also assume they are duplicates feel free to delete them. If I would have stumbled upon them I guess that I would have already deleted Baldies China, Baldies Korea, Baldies UK.
Seeing no evidence to the contrary, I deleted most of them and renamed the remaining one to just Baldies.
