At the time of its release this was probably the best console soccer game. But that doesn't automatically mean the game is brilliant. It's a playable and fast action soccer game, including a world cup tournament mode, but it somehow lacks strategic depth and realistic physics. Homecomputer soccer games like "Microprose Soccer", "Emlyn Hughes International Soccer" or "Kick Off" couldn't be beaten by this game in my opinion.
