The sai is more of a pronunciation aid actually. A bit like how some Japanese games have actually English titles but they have the same title written in kana just below it. Worth recording though.
Perhaps best seen in XI Coliseum in relation to this. It has XI [sái] on top, but the actual XIコロシアム title below which doesn't have the sai part.
Edit: But then, if you look at things like this, you might think otherwise. Anyway, record both so searching is more likely to find them in either case.
