The year is 2042 A.D.
The evil Grand Master Meio has gathered his forces and is attempting to take over the Earth from his base on a hidden moon between Earth and the Moon; the
"Third Moon".
It's up to Hiryu, youngest of the class-C Striders, to infiltrate Meio's base in Russia and make his way to the Master himself for a final battle.
