K-TEL Software, ALA Software, General Masters Corp.

K-TEL International apparently had a subsidiary, K-TEL Record Club. I'm not sure of the business relationship but under K-TEL Record Club was K-TEL Software, ALA Software, and General Masters Corp. People who have worked for K-TEL, ALA, and General Masters has said this was a tax scam (although they did get paid without issues). However, I have no further details and have been unable to verify anything at all, let alone any scams. K-TEL International also owned Xonix at some point. "K-TEK" was a brand of name K-TEL International that showed up on a variety of products under a variety of publishers.
