I wanted to ask you, dear editor friends; if it is possible to register video games that have been "unofficial" personal creations.

Yes. All games are welcome here. In fact most of the early 70s and 80s Star Trek games are not official licensed games and were done by fans.

All games welcome. You are even encouraged to make your own and enter them at UVL:
