Source of year date of Rainer Herlert version of Hamurabi

All my sources say its unknown. Do you look into the code of the game itself or what site does claim its from 1992? I only found a 9992 on this site http://c64.cz/index.php?detailhry=15363 - but it seems that they use the 9992 for "unknown year" games (for whatever reason).
