I would like to ask, why is there a multiplayer TAG versus, if games with more than one player are always or almost always multiplayer?
I checked and in some editions the placement of the "multiplayer" tag in openly "multiplayer" games has been deleted
If the reason is that there are collaborative "multiplayer" games, it seems like a terrible statement to me, because statistically, in the universe of video games, collaborative games do not even exceed 5%, I think.
Some Questions about TAG Multiplayer
I did not create the different multiplayer sub-tags. But I can say that multiplayer should not be used as a tag. It is not a normal group, but it was created as a "container group". It is a group for listing all the different multiplayer game modes. Container groups are meta-groups that are only for grouping sub-groups. Some examples of container groups:

- https://www.uvlist.net/groups/info/multiplayer
- https://www.uvlist.net/groups/info/shmup
- https://www.uvlist.net/groups/info/platformer
- https://www.uvlist.net/groups/info/action
- https://www.uvlist.net/groups/info/namelessgenres
They can be easily spotted because they look different in the group page and do not have the games with screenshots listed and they list the sub-groups.
These tags are more or less redundant with what info is in "game genre". And multiplayer should be specificied by one of the sub-tags. If you use a new tag, always read the tag description. If it is a container group, then its not meant to be used normally but only for grouping sub-tags which specify the game more than the game genre / multiplayer options can do. If I see such tags and I know the correct sub-tag (or I believe I know the correct sub-tag) then its possible that I delete such tags.
