The gameplay of Star Luster is obviously inspired by Star Raiders. Hyperjump to different sectors of space, shoot enemy spacecrafts with your own ship in cockpit first-person-perspective. Defend space stations, repair your ship and so on. The graphics are not very detailed, which is understandable when looking at the release date and the Famicom's technical capabilities.
