An excellent sequel to the king of non-linear games. Metroid II takes the original one step further by adding new items, like the wall-crawling Spider Ball, and introducing the evolutionary life cycle of the Metroid species. The world is huge, and there are numerous secret areas for the player to discover. Any fans of the NES version will likely enjoy this one.
