November updates

- Added a "Notable people involved" section to group pages. While this may seem unusual for some groups, it provides interesting context.

- Redesigned the "Reviews by Issue" page layout. The new design has now been implemented across all magazine pages.

Fixed links from games to reviews when the issue is not just a number but letters and numbers.

That said, magazine issues should always be in form of numbers and not letter/number combination even if the official numeration was a combination like "Vol.1, No.07". In time I am going to fix them anyway to numbers only once I get to these magazines in my normal magazine updates schedule (which can take a long time, so its fine if links are fixed).
