TrackMania Nations Forever seems to be a rather large freeware/demo version, the content of which is included in TMUF. It isn't advertized as a demo, though, but TMNF advertizes the expanded content in TMUF.
Pretty much the same as TMU with some additional features. Can play online with TMU owners but not on TMUF maps or whatever.
