This is a "remastered" and expanded version of Ego Dragonis. Essentially an enhanced re-release for Ego Dragonis, but includes Flames of Vengeance storyline too which is not available separately.
The content is NOT available in a free patch to the owners of the original, though some may be able to get a discount on DKS if they own the original (this discount is at least available on Steam, but only if you have the original on Steam too).
