There's an unofficial patch for the western release that replaces a lot of the sounds with the ones from Russian release (also thus "adding" voices [rather, restoring their Russian voice-overs] for all characters rather than only very few of them) as well as fixing certain issues.
This patch is also available as free DLC on Beamdog in case you got the game from them.
