Blackbird has gained access to Homeworld IP but whether or not Hardware will be renamed to Homeworld is still seemingly not official, though many sources have started calling it Homeworld: Shipbreakers as a result.
Update: The rename happened after this was written.
Supposedly this also has made the game not F2P, but only thing said about that is a twitter post by Randy Pitchford from Gearbox says it doesn't need to be F2P anymore, not that it won't be. Until official announcement is made, that is what people will assume however.
