FORMULA ONE '99 continues the popular FORMULA 1 series. As usual the focus of the game is realism. All of the tracks, teams, and drivers from 1999 Formula One World Championship Series are included. Every rule for the series is included as well including a full flag system, jump starts, and stop and go penalties. Thanks to a reworked graphics engine, all of the tracks have been faithfully recreated and every car has working mirrors. Should you want a more arcade like experience, the Arcade mode with loose physics and fast action is available. In all modes of play, racing broadcasters Murray Walker and Martin Brundle provide color commentary. If you're in search of multiplayer action, you can challenge your friends to a race thanks to the split-screen two-player mode. FORMULA ONE '99 continues a popular series and gives FORMULA 1 fans more of what they want.
