Personal articles not so personal

So, apparently personal articles show up to other users outside of the user profile page. I don't think this was the case before but I could be mistaken, and I don't think they need to show up in the general logs for editors either if that's the case. /game-156724

They probably should be renamed to private notes or something anyway outside of the user page, unless I'm totally off on their intended use.
