Interesting, this. What you have to do is set bombs on all the monitors in a level, and get out in 20 seconds without getting killed by anyone. Do that, and you'll get a half-nice surprise.
Why? Because each level has at least 1 coin, and you need a minimum of 3 or a maximum of 4 to see some action!

Only one bug though. Did Toaplan / Ryouta Kikaru purposely put a block on the best part of the ladies? If anyone has a more revealing ROM of the same thing,
