Private Nurse

Hiroki has been fighting his sickness all-alone for years. His father died when he was small, and his mother, a truck driver, is always on the road. Though he thinks of himself as a man among men, Hiroki has always had to depend on his friend, Ayano. She grew up with Hiroki and loves to take care of him.

One day, Hiroki's mom calls and tells him, "I'm going to hire a 'private nurse' for you!" Hiroki strongly objects, but she hangs up without listening. He doesn't even know what a "private nurse" is!

Soon after, Hiroki hears a knock at his door. He opens it to find a girl in an outlandish costume standing there. "Hi, I'm Maria. I'm your private nurse," she gently smiles and tells him. She'll be moving in with him for one month to cure his illness. As Hiroki tries to throw her out, his long-time friend Ayano watches with mixed feelings.
