This version was only released on the Dizzy's Excellent Adventures compilation.
Unlike the versions on other formats (which had over 100 locations), this version only had around 25 locations, none of which were the same as on the other format versions.
It was also extremely slow, and lacked joystick support.
The standalone release of Spellbound Dizzy C64 did have the original 100+ locations.
