Official description

The Universal Tactical Response Agency (ULTRA) is hired by the governments of the world to handle military affairs. However, an evil organization known as World Order Enterprise (WOE) is competing against ULTRA. Your job is to watch the satellites and deploy troops to the trouble spots and stop the WOE. Perform well and you will climb through the ULTRA ranks, only stopping when you achieve GLOBAL DOMINATION.
