Personal review
Prequel of the famous 'Langrisser' series. Too bad 'Gaia no Monshou' never reaches Langrissers excellent game mechanics. Luck played too much a role and the campaign mode was only mildly interesting. If you weren't able to finish one scenerio nearly perfectly and fast you would have much problems solving the next one because you earned points for good gameplay which you could had to use to buy new troops for the next scenario. Normally a nice concept, but too difficult in execution. It also lacked story and had no character interaction like in the Langrisser games.
