Official description

A teammate passes you the ball. You break free from the defenders and start a run towards the goal. Just after you enter the penalty box, the defense catches up and slide-tackles you from behind; you are awarded a penalty kick. Soccer action of this type can only be found in GOAL STORM '97. Pick a team, and play a friendly exhibition match or go for the glory of winning a tournament. If you just want some quick action, practice penalty kicks with the Penalty Kick mode. No matter how you play, the action is fast and furious. Should your friends want to challenge your dominance, make them pick up a controller and put their money where their mouth is with the Two-Player mode.
