I believe that some people who bought the KIXX re-release of Police Quest 1 for the Amiga might have been negatively surprised. The Amiga re-release used the same box art (and screenshots) as the PC version in its 256 color VGA remake form. The Amiga version however - since there was never an enhanced Amiga remake - stayed in its graphically inferior 1987 version. This even confused me personally for a short moment and I got doubts if this might be an enhanced Amiga version, since Leisure Suit Larry and Space Quest had Amiga remakes as well.
