Personal review

As a Famicom/NES game Space Invaders is a big disappointment. The gameplay is slow and even in 1985 the gameplay must have felt like being from a distant age where games were overly simple. Graphics and sound are also true to the original and thus outdated. If you can't help yourself and you feel the urge to play an old-school arcade shoot'em up conversion on the NES then you better go for Galaga.
