The game's a simplish simulator with your standard squeaky/cute japanese voice acting to vocalize the unfortunate gal's excitement.

The game's really pointless if you think about it. You just get to adjust the size and partially the shape of the girl's boobs and then the game begins, which only consists of her just lounging there or doing something simple (like swimming or doing the hula loops) while you tweak her nipples and boobies :) There's really nothing else to it.
