Description

Minesweeper played on a hexagonal grid. There is also variations in mine types and additional information about nearby squares. The left number in a cell the represents the traditional counting of adjacent mines (0 to 18). Note, however, that a cell can contain up to 3 mines. The right number in the cell is total of each surrounding cell (cells adjacent to the adjacent cells); but these surrounding cells are one square away so 1 is subtracted from the total of each surrounding cell (0-24). In the case of 0 mines in a surrounding cell, 0 is added to the total. Study the lost game screenshot on this page. It demonstrates the rules.
