Official description

Viva Caligula brings one of the more interesting characters in Roman history to life through that most exciting of educational mediums: the action-adventure top-down beat-em-up. As Caligula, infamous Roman emperor and all around totally crazy guy, players make their way through the streets of ancient Rome on their way to yet another orgy with a song in their heart and a rusty cleaver in their hand as they hack, slash, and generally dismember Romans, in an effort to save Rome. Players encounter a wide selection of unique and macabre attacks (one for each letter key on the keyboard!) befitting the game's gruesome purpose, and have the ability to enrage Caligula by yelling in the computer's microphone.
