Chavez II is a modified version of Boxing Legends of the Ring that was "Available Exclusively in Mexico". However, its an ordinary North American cartridge that will play in all North American Genesis units. It features more than just different characters, locations, and graphics. It has different modes of play. It is also bilingual, having all text in both Spanish(Mexican) and English. However, voice-overs are apparently Spanish only. Despite being an "Exclusive", it is not uncommon to find it the USA. One wonders why the marketing geniuses tried to limit their market. Cesar Chavez is a legend any country. The USA has a significant population that speaks Spanish as a first language, and even more that speak it as a second.
