Wai Wai World 2: SOS!! Paseri Jou

This is a sequel to Konami Wai Wai World, but the game is almost completely different. It is a side scroller platformer game in which you control a robot named Rickle which has the ability to temporally transform (after getting an item) in one of 3 Konami characters from your choice (Characters available are Simon Belmont, baby Upa, Getsu Fuma, Bill Rizer from Contra and ninja Goemon). All the characters share the same moves: run, attack, jump and they only differ in their weapon and some minor stuff you will notice during the levels. You have a long lifebar that drains when taking damage, but if you are transformed you are invulnerable, and you will lose transformation time instead of health. When time is over you change back into Rickle.
All of the levels are based on a Konami game, you get to play in the Contra jungle, the hell from Getsu Fuuma and Dracula's castle from Castlevania and many more. There are some special levels in which the gameplay changes to another genre. There is a TwinBee stage and a Gradius stage, in both of them you play with the classic ships and they keep the same gameplay and even the same powerup system than in the originals. There is also a fun puzzle level, an annoying racing level and a Frogger remake.
The game is a lot of fun, it allows coopeartive mode it is very easy and has super simple controls, but jumps to quite hard in some of the alternative levels. The only boring part is the first level which is the only one with auto-scrolling screen, a very low auto-scrolling. It is also very fun if you can recognize many of the references to Konami games and characters.
