Except for a review in French gaming magazine Tilt I could not find anything more about this game. Need to keep an eye on this entry...

An Amstrad CPC version was also reviewed in AM Mag. Screenshot colors look very similar to that for the Tilt PC-version. And whats even more interesting, even the Amstrad CPC version is "not available" and considered as unreleased. So I come to the conclusion that both versions were unreleased and are kinda lost at the moment.
